The Whole Shebang
- Planning sessions to select theme, style, design, color scheme, linens, flowers and budget
- Help with finding, negotiating and booking vendors (venue, caterer, photographer/videographer, musicians/DJ, baker, florist, etc.)
- Preparation of a planning timeline and checklists
- Ceremony and reception planning with a detailed, customized timeline to ensure everything flows flawlessly on your day
- Unlimited emails to discuss details large and small… and to complain about your future mother-in-law (OK, unfair stereotype)
- Follow up telephone calls and/or emails to all vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding day
- One hour rehearsal supervision
- On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony and during the reception on the big day
- Cool-headed troubleshooting, including removing grass stains from bridal gowns and letting down the hems on best men’s too-short slacks. The stories would we could tell you...
Partial Package
Our clients hire us at different places in the planning process. We’ll take over at any point and do whatever remains on your to-do list. Pricing is based on the number of services we will provide.
Wedding Month of Coordinator
- Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for bridal party and vendors, so the latter know where to set things up
- Follow up telephone calls and/or emails to all vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding day
- Wedding rehearsal supervision(1 hour maximum)
- On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony and during the reception on the big day
- Cool-headed troubleshooting, including removing grass stains from bridal gowns and schlepping a life-size cutout of the bride’s 200 lb. English Mastiff to the wedding (she couldn’t have had a dachshund?)
